Timeline + Steps

Step 1: Call Me


Step 2: Get PreApproved


Step 3: Set Up Home Search!


Step 4: Write an Offer
(typically close in 3days)


Step 5: Inspections/Repairs/Appraisal


Step 6: Closing

 

We will discuss all the steps, expectations, the market, what you are looking for in a home, etc.

If you don't already have a lender in mind, I can connect you with some for an official preapproval letter

Now we know your budget, and have your preapproval to write offers, we can look at houses together!

If you love a home, lets write a good offer with the items that are important to you

We will allow time for inspection on your new home so you know the condition/ financial investment of home.

After inspections, we have the appraisal, survey and then the bank will give you a clear to close, giving the ok to close on the home at the title office.
